TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Oversee end-to-end air, sea, and RORO freight operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant shipment execution.
• Manage bookings, consolidation, documentation, and coordination with airlines, shipping lines, and agents.
• Ensure accuracy of all freight documentation and full compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment tracking, ETAs, and delivery, proactively resolving delays and operational exceptions.
• Control freight costs through carrier negotiations, charge reconciliation, and billing accuracy.
• Supervise and train freight operations staff, enforce SOPs, and report performance to management.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years freight forwarding experience
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations
• Experience with air & sea freight documentation
• Attention to detail
• Strong coordination & planning
• Problem-solving
• Knowledge of customs & trade compliance
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
