Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Mobilize and recruit clients (individuals and groups such as traders, farmers, and artisans).
2. Assess loan applications through field visits, business inspections, and character checks.
3. Analyze clients’ cash flow and repayment capacity, especially for informal businesses.
4. Prepare, process, and submit loan applications for approval.
5. Disburse loans and ensure proper documentation and compliance procedures are followed.
6. Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments to minimize defaults.
7. Conduct financial literacy training and educate clients on loan products and repayment terms.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1–2 years’ experience in microfinance, banking, or credit administration.
3. Basic understanding of credit analysis and risk assessment.
4. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
6. Ability to work in the field and meet client mobilization targets.
7. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
