Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Lead customer service operations and front-line teams.
- Ensure high-quality guest experience across the park.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolution.
- Coordinate events and service-related activities.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams.
- Train and supervise customer service staff.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years’ experience in customer service roles.
- Experience in hospitality or entertainment industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in event coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
