Technical Requirements (Duties)

  1. Lead customer service operations and front-line teams.
  2. Ensure high-quality guest experience across the park.
  3. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolution.
  4. Coordinate events and service-related activities.
  5. Monitor service performance and implement improvements.
  6. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams.
  7. Train and supervise customer service staff.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  2. 3–7 years’ experience in customer service roles.
  3. Experience in hospitality or entertainment industry preferred.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Experience in event coordination.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
