Job Description
- Develop and implement business policies and supply chain strategies across sourcing, procurement, warehousing, marketing, sales, and logistics to achieve organizational goals.
- Advise the CEO and executive management on operational performance, providing strategic insights for growth and decision-making.
- Lead the preparation and execution of business plans to drive cost-effective operations and strategic market development.
- Oversee negotiation and management of key contracts to safeguard financial performance and support company investments.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are clearly defined, communicated, and consistently adhered to.
- Mentor executives, address operational challenges, and foster strong relationships with shareholders, partners, authorities, and stakeholders.
- 10+ years of senior operational or supply chain leadership, including multinational experience.
- Proven expertise in Agribusiness, Fats & Oils, Commodity Processing, or related B2B sectors.
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-country operations with strong process and supply chain skills.
- Track record of driving growth, scaling operations, and improving productivity.
- Strong P&L management, cost control, and strategic execution capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred, with a robust international professional network.
