Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with HSE standards (COSHH, IOGP 480, Goal Zero).
3. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
4. Monitor offshore and onshore chemical operations for safety compliance.
5. Lead incident investigations and reporting.
6. Train staff on safety procedures and compliance.
7. Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.

Experience and Qualifications

1. BSc in Environmental Science or related field.
2. NEBOSH IGC and Diploma required.
3. Minimum 12–15 years’ HSE experience in oil & gas.
4. Experience in offshore chemical operations (FPSO).
5. Strong knowledge of international HSE standards.
6. Experience in risk management and audits.
7. Strong leadership and communication skills.
