Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Oversee daily park operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and service excellence.
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and overall financial performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management standards.
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal programs.
- Monitor and improve customer experience across all park services.
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- MBA or relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
- 7–10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations.
- Experience in revenue growth and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills.
