Job Description

 

Technical Requirements (Duties)

  1. Oversee daily park operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and service excellence.
  2. Drive revenue growth, cost control, and overall financial performance.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management standards.
  5. Plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal programs.
  6. Monitor and improve customer experience across all park services.
  7. Develop and implement long-term business strategies.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  2. MBA or relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
  3. 7–10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment.
  4. Strong knowledge of operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  5. Proven track record in managing large-scale operations.
  6. Experience in revenue growth and strategic planning.
  7. Strong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills.
