Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Source, qualify and close sales leads that satisfy internal criteria
  •  Create and execute a sales plan including but not limited to outlining a list of prospective clients 
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. 
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 
  • Develop a business partner network 
  • Attend networking events and other corporate events 
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

 

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

  •  Graduate with 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
  • Previous experience in the GPS tracking and Fleet Management Industry. 
  • Appreciable understanding of GPS tracker systems and OBD is an added advantage 
  •  Fluent English required, French is a plus 
  •  Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, presentation, and listening skills 
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize immediate, short-term goals and simultaneously focus on strategic, long-term goals 
  •  Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite Tools skills along with the willingness and ability to become familiar with company-specific sales tools/software
