TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all service lines.
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C and B2B sales targets.
• Lead, recruit, train, and performance-manage sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Establish KPIs, monitor sales activity, and coach teams to exceed performance goals.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility across all customer channels.
• Manage CRM systems, sales pipelines, and conversion performance.
• Build strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities for sustained growth.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5–8 years experience in sales leadership
• Proven experience managing sales teams
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or services industry preferred
