Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities meet required standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor occupancy, room availability, and daily reports.
• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts; monitor revenue and control costs.
• Drive room sales, occupancy, and marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff; prepare duty rosters.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit operational and management reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ hotel experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing a medium-sized hotel is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Financial and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of hotel management systems
• Ability to work flexible hours
