Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Oversee production chemistry operations for FPSOs.
2. Optimize chemical injection and treatment processes.
3. Manage hydrate inhibition and corrosion control programs.
4. Coordinate offshore chemical pumping and filtration systems.
5. Analyze production data and improve chemical performance.
6. Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
7. Lead technical reporting and performance monitoring.

Experience and Qualifications

1. BSc Chemistry and MSc in Production Chemistry.
2. Minimum 15–17 years’ experience in oil & gas production chemistry.
3. Experience working on FPSOs (e.g., Jubilee).
4. Strong knowledge of offshore chemical processes.
5. Experience in injection optimization and treatment programs.
6. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
7. Experience managing technical teams.
