Technical Requirements
* Proficiency in project management tools to plan, track, and deliver marketing campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of marketing communications, including experiential and sponsorship marketing.
* Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accuracy.
* Skills in data analysis and reporting to evaluate campaign performance.
* Experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships and data.
* Competence in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and marketing software.
 

Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in marketing or account management roles.
* Proven experience working in a client-facing or agency environment.
* Hands-on experience managing campaigns, events, or sponsorship activations.
* Experience leading or coordinating teams to achieve project objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to support business development and grow client accounts.
