Technical Requirements (Duties)

  1. Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish.
  2. Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers for logistics.
  3. Provide on-site support during events and handle client needs.
  4. Manage event documentation, contracts, and schedules.
  5. Handle administrative tasks including emails, calls, and record keeping.
  6. Support invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking per event.
  7. Maintain client databases and assist with basic marketing/social media tasks.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
  6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work in sensitive environments with professionalism and empathy.
