Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers for logistics.
- Provide on-site support during events and handle client needs.
- Manage event documentation, contracts, and schedules.
- Handle administrative tasks including emails, calls, and record keeping.
- Support invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking per event.
- Maintain client databases and assist with basic marketing/social media tasks.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in sensitive environments with professionalism and empathy.
