Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Supervise daily operations of dry-zone attractions.
2. Ensure safety and compliance of rides and facilities.
3. Monitor maintenance and operational readiness.
4. Lead and coordinate staff within the zone.
5. Ensure smooth guest experience and service delivery.
6. Enforce safety protocols and operational standards.
7. Coordinate with other departments for efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Minimum SHS plus relevant tertiary certification.
2. 2–3 years’ experience in supervisory roles.
3. Knowledge of safety procedures and operations.
4. Experience in managing teams.
5. Basic computer literacy.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Certifications in safety or first aid are an advantage.
