* Ability to design and implement a full Quality Management System (QMS).
* Strong knowledge of rice and grain quality parameters and testing methods.
* Hands-on experience with laboratory operations, testing equipment, and calibration.
* Competence in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
* Working knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
* Ability to track, analyze, and report quality performance data.

 Experience & Qualifications

* Minimum of 5+ years experience in food or agro-processing quality control.
* Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
* Proven experience developing quality documentation, SOPs, and specifications.
* Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
* Experience preparing facilities for food safety certifications is an advantage.
