Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Serve as the single point of accountability for contract delivery and FPSO chemical management.
2. Oversee supply, storage, and utilization of commodity chemicals for offshore operations.
3. Manage client relationships (e.g., Tullow) and ensure contract compliance.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, QA/QC, HSE).
5. Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
6. Lead reporting, audits, and stakeholder communications.
7. Drive continuous improvement in chemical supply chain and operations.

Experience and Qualifications

1. BSc in Chemical Engineering (preferably KNUST).
2. MBA (preferably GIMPA) is an advantage.
3. Minimum 15–18 years’ experience in oil & gas chemical supply.
4. Proven experience on FPSO chemical contracts (Tullow Jubilee/TEN).
5. Certifications: BOSIET, NEBOSH, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
6. Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
7. Deep knowledge of West African oil & gas operations.
