Job Description
Technical Requirements
* Lead day-to-day operations across finance, HR, facilities, compliance, and internal systems to ensure institutional stability.
* Translate executive vision into clear operational plans and ensure timely execution across all units.
* Oversee budgeting, financial controls, audits, donor funds, and long-term sustainability planning.
* Strengthen internal systems, procurement, vendor management, reporting, and cross-department coordination.
* Ensure effective governance, risk management, compliance, and operational support for partnerships, programmes, and public spaces.
Experience and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
* 10-15 years' senior management experience leading complex organisations or institutions.
* Strong experience in nonprofit, cultural, educational, or heritage-focused organisations.
* Proven track record managing grants, donor funds, audits, compliance, and institutional risk.
* Demonstrated experience working in Ghana or similar operating environments.
