Technical Requirements

• Strategy formulation and implementation for IT and digital infrastructure
• Project management across infrastructure and digital solution deployments
• IT infrastructure management, systems support, and maintenance
• IT portfolio management and IT risk management
• Solution design, deployment, and process optimisation/improvement
• Knowledge of IT standards and ITIL frameworks
• Business intelligence and performance management capability
• Innovation management and emerging technology monitoring
• Quality assurance and service delivery management
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related discipline
• MSc in Information Technology or MBA is an added advantage
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT management
• At least 7 years in senior management or leadership role
• Proven experience driving and defining complex IT strategy
• Strong technological and infrastructure background
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Experience managing multiple IT disciplines and cross-functional teams
