Technical Requirements

Knowledge of Ghana Labour Act (Act 651)

HR systems, payroll coordination, and performance management

Recruitment, employee relations, and disciplinary processes

Strong reporting and documentation skills

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Professional certification (CIHRM Ghana) preferred

5–8 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
