Technical Requirements

* Sales planning and opportunity management capability
* Strong commercial negotiation and customer management skills
* Practical understanding of heavy equipment applications and jobsite requirements
* Ability to prepare quotations and manage sales pipeline forecasts
* Market analysis and competitor reporting skills
* Understanding of dealer-based distribution models
* Professional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to coordinate with service, parts, and HQ teams

Experience & Qualifications

Mandatory:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in:

 * Construction equipment
 * Mining equipment
 * Commercial vehicles (trucks)
 * Industrial machinery
* Proven experience working with contractors, equipment users, or industrial customers

Preferred:

* Experience with construction or mining equipment OEMs or dealerships
* Experience working with Chinese OEM brands (e.g., SANY, XCMG, LiuGong, SDLG, Zoomlion)
* Exposure to quarry, mining, or infrastructure project environments
* Mandarin Chinese language ability (advantage but not mandatory)
