Technical Requirements

* Advanced mechanical maintenance skills across complete rice milling lines.
* Strong troubleshooting ability for complex mechanical faults.
* Expertise in welding, fabrication, and machining of equipment parts.
* Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
* Experience implementing and following preventive maintenance schedules.
* Strong safety awareness and compliance with maintenance standards.

 Experience & Qualifications

* Minimum of 5+ years experience maintaining food or agro-processing machinery.
* Specific hands-on experience with rice milling equipment (Chinese & European).
* Proven ability to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.
* Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade certification.
* Experience mentoring or supporting other technicians is an advantage.
