TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Meet daily and monthly call targets
• Update customer records accurately

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a minimum qualification of a Diploma.
• Have at least 1-2 years of call centre or customer service experience.
