Technical Requirements (Duties)

  1. Supervise daily food service and general service operations.
  2. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards.
  3. Coordinate activities of outsourced service providers.
  4. Monitor operational efficiency and resource utilization.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Support smooth service delivery across departments.
  7. Address service issues and implement improvements.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  2. Relevant certifications in operations or safety are an advantage.
  3. Experience in hospitality or food service operations.
  4. Strong understanding of service standards and compliance.
  5. Supervisory experience in a high-traffic environment.
  6. Good organizational and coordination skills.
  7. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
