Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Supervise daily food service and general service operations.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards.
- Coordinate activities of outsourced service providers.
- Monitor operational efficiency and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support smooth service delivery across departments.
- Address service issues and implement improvements.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in operations or safety are an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality or food service operations.
- Strong understanding of service standards and compliance.
- Supervisory experience in a high-traffic environment.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
