Technical Requirements

* Deep hands-on expertise in end-to-end rice milling operations (paddy intake to packaging).
* Strong capability in process diagnostics, yield optimization, and efficiency improvement.
* Proven ability to design and implement SOPs and preventive maintenance systems.
* Advanced understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and data-driven process improvement.
* Practical experience operating and optimizing Chinese and European integrated milling machinery.
* Strong leadership and technical training capability for multidisciplinary teams.

Experience & Qualifications

* Minimum of 8–10+ years experience in commercial rice milling operations.
* Demonstrated record of operational turnaround and yield improvement.
* Prior experience mentoring production, quality, and maintenance teams.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working in high-volume or industrial-scale milling environments.
