Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Handle daily administrative operations and office coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.
- Coordinate internal communication and staff support.
- Support performance management and reporting processes.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR and admin policies.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles.
- Knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
