Technical Requirements (Duties)

  1. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  2. Handle daily administrative operations and office coordination.
  3. Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
  4. Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.
  5. Coordinate internal communication and staff support.
  6. Support performance management and reporting processes.
  7. Ensure smooth execution of HR and admin policies.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2–5 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles.
  3. Knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
