TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Execute company strategy and drive operational scalability across the USA and Ghana.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations including freight forwarding, warehousing, delivery, sales, and administration.
• Ensure SOP compliance, regulatory adherence, and accuracy of all operational documentation.
• Monitor operating costs, budgets, margins, and cash flow while minimizing revenue leakage.
• Recruit, manage, and performance-manage department heads to build a high-performance culture.
• Manage operational risks, resolve service failures, handle key clients, and maintain consistent brand standards.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 7–10 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or operations management
• Strong leadership and people-management experience
• Proven experience managing multi-department operations
• Strategic thinking & execution
• Strong financial and operational control
• Excellent communication & leadership
• Problem-solving under pressure
• Strong knowledge of air & sea freight operations
