Job Description
Technical Requirements
* Strong knowledge of retail operations management across mall spaces, lounge services, and multi-purpose event facilities.
* Ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
* Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
* Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and financial reporting.
* Ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements, including legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Experience with modern retail systems and operational best practices.
* Competence in performance management, recruitment, training, and staff development processes.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
* Proven track record in operations management and business performance improvement.
* Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff supervision.
* Experience in strategic planning and execution.
* Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
* Prior experience in managing retail and entertainment facilities is an advantage.
* Familiarity with the Takoradi market and customer base is preferred.
