Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Manage laboratory testing of chemicals (methanol, MEG, TEG, acids, etc.).
2. Ensure compliance with ISO 29001 and ASTM testing standards.
3. Oversee quality control processes for chemical supply.
4. Manage laboratory staff and operations.
5. Conduct audits and maintain quality assurance systems.
6. Prepare and review laboratory reports and certifications.
7. Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.

Experience and Qualifications

1. MSc in Analytical Chemistry (preferably KNUST).
2. Minimum 15–16 years’ experience in QA/QC within oil & gas.
3. Experience supporting FPSO chemical operations.
4. Certification in ISO 17025 Laboratory Auditing.
5. Strong knowledge of chemical testing standards.
6. Experience managing laboratory teams.
7. High attention to detail and analytical skills.
