Technical Requirements
* Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives
* Create compelling and creative content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
* Manage and maintain social media accounts for the company's retail brands, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
* Stay informed about industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and campaign planning
* Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversion
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of social media initiatives and identify areas for improvement
* Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions across social media channels
* Identify and leverage opportunities for influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and user-generated content to amplify brand reach
Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
* Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the retail industry
* Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms
* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and inform strategy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
