Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
o Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services, events, and special offers.
o Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Brand Management:
o Ensure consistency in the hotel's brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
o Manage content creation for the hotel’s website, social media accounts, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:
o Manage and grow the hotel's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
o Engage with online communities, influencers, and potential guests to build a strong digital presence.
o Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding appropriately to enhance guest satisfaction.

Market Research & Analysis:
o Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
o Analyze marketing data and prepare reports on the performance of campaigns to guide future strategies.

Collaborations & Partnerships:
o Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and other partners to drive promotions and collaborative marketing efforts.
o Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that can help promote the hotel.

Event & Promotion Support:
o Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and hotel packages to drive bookings.
o Support the sales team in organizing and promoting corporate events, conferences, and weddings.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media, etc.).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Knowledge of hotel industry trends and customer preferences.
Experience with photo/video content creation is a plus.

Additional Skills:
Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
