Technical Requirements

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Design and implement business development strategies to meet revenue objectives.
• Lead the business development team to surpass targets by providing ongoing training, conducting joint visits, and holding regular performance reviews.
• Create, develop, and execute an annual strategic sales plan.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Oversee and enhance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Manage public relations initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
• Develop and distribute newsletters and official communication materials.

  Experience and Qualifications
• A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a master's degree is an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience in business development, marketing, and communications, ideally within the biotechnology or a related sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
