Job Description
1) Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
a) Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the company as a trusted brand in custom kitchen and woodwork solutions.
b) Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication.
c) Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
2) Lead Generation & CRM Management
a) Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through online and offline channels.
b) Use a CRM system to track, manage, and analyze leads, customer interactions, and conversions.
c) Ensure all leads are properly recorded and followed up on in the CRM system.
d) Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales conversions.
e) Optimize the company’s website, social media, and digital ads to drive quality leads.
3) Digital & Social Media Marketing
a) Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to increase brand visibility.
b) Develop and schedule content marketing campaigns, including blogs, videos, and email newsletters.
c) Oversee SEO and website updates to improve online presence and customer inquiries.
4) Traditional & Offline Marketing
a) Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store promotions.
b) Establish strategic partnerships with real estate developers, architects, and interior designers.
c) Develop print and billboard advertising campaigns where necessary.
5) Customer Engagement & Retention
a) Implement customer feedback programs to improve service quality.
b) Use CRM insights to track customer preferences and enhance follow-ups.
c) Create customer loyalty and referral programs to increase repeat business.
6) Budgeting & Performance Analysis
a) Manage the marketing budget efficiently and track return on investment (ROI).
b) Analyze CRM data and marketing metrics (leads, conversion rates, website traffic) to optimize future campaigns.
c) Prepare monthly reports for senior management on marketing performance.
