Technical Requirements
* Collaborate with clients and Project Managers to grasp their vision, goals, and preferences for each event.
* Lead the team to design unique concepts, themes, and visuals that align with client objectives and appeal to the target audience.
* Oversee the choice and acquisition of décor, props, lighting, and visuals to bring the event concept to life.
* Manage artists, graphic designers, and vendors, providing direction and feedback throughout the creative process.
* Work closely with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure artistic elements integrate smoothly into the event.
* Attend meetings, presentations, and rehearsals to communicate and adjust the artistic vision as needed.

Experience and Qualifications
* A diploma or degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience as an Arts Director, Creative Director, or similar role in the events or Advertising industry.
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, designs, and executions for a variety of events and clients.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Al and new technology design concepts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
* Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading creative teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
