Job Description

Technical Requirement

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Work closely with the Environmental and Social Governance Manager to ensure seamless alignment of HR policies and practices to the ESMS of the Company.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Establish and manage performance appraisal systems to recognize achievements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure competitive and fair compensation structures in line with market benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
  • Develop strategies to retain top talent and reduce employee turnover.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
