Job Description
Technical Requirement
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Work closely with the Environmental and Social Governance Manager to ensure seamless alignment of HR policies and practices to the ESMS of the Company.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Establish and manage performance appraisal systems to recognize achievements and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation structures in line with market benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Develop strategies to retain top talent and reduce employee turnover.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
