Technical Requirements
* Process receipts electronically and in hard copy for all project-based and monthly
operational expenses
* Maintain inventory of training supplies
* Assist in coordinating third-party budgetary requirements
* Ensure all expenses, invoices and income are accurately recorded in quick books
* Procure training supplies as needed
* Execute proper accounting for training supplies, ensuring 100% accountability for issuing
and purchasing training supplies
* Assist the accountant in ensuring the tracking, labelling, and reporting of all company
property
* Assist in ensuring all invoices and receipts received are of required standards

Experience and Qualifications:
* Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration or related field.
* At least one (1) year experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
* Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe (Will be tested extensively at interview).
* Professional proficiency in using QuickBooks (Will be tested at interview)
* A detail-oriented individual
