Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with specialized expertise in maintaining and repairing sewing, embroidery, and other machinery essential to apparel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our factory's equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sewing & Embroidery Machine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for sewing(Juki), embroidery(Behringer), and other apparel factory machines.

· Installation & Upgrades: Oversee the installation and upgrading of sewing and embroidery equipment, ensuring compatibility with factory workflows.

· Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability.

· Process Optimization: Work with the production team to optimize machinery performance for maximum efficiency and output.

· Training & Support: Provide technical training to machine operators and maintenance staff to ensure proper machine usage and care.

· Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts for sewing and embroidery machines.

Qualifications:

· Extensive experience in maintaining and repairing sewing, embroidery, and other apparel manufacturing machinery.

· Proven track record of mechanical engineering in the textile and apparel industries, particularly in factory settings.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to train and support a team of operators and technicians.

· Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in manufacturing environments.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
