TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

 • Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research 

• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities

 • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

 • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 

• Collaborate with other units to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and activity reports in the CRM system

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

 • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 • Market Planning and Market Research skills 

• Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads

 • Must have previous experience in Real Estate Industry (at least 2 years)

 • Strong negotiation and closing skills 

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint etc)
