Technical Requirements

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase membership and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Represent the company at events, community engagements, and outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and prepare reports for management.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a business-related field or social sciences from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience* for bachelor's degree holders or 3 years for HND holders (including national service).
• Preferred experience in Sales, Banking, or Insurance Marketing.
• Fluency in English and a local language.
• A valid driver’s license.
