Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree  in Human Resource Management from a recognized university
  • Professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Knowledgeable in the Labour Act (Act 651)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Minimum of five (5) years work experience in a senior administrative and human resource role
  • Work experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage

 

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement appropriate HR systems, strategies and policies to maximize productivity of the Company.
  • Design and implement administrative strategies and policies for the efficient running of the Company.
  • Have oversight responsibility over facility management services in the Company.
  • Ensure Compliance of the Company’s rules, regulations and policies.
