Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university
- Professional qualification in Human Resource Management
- Knowledgeable in the Labour Act (Act 651)
- Very good communication skills
- Minimum of five (5) years work experience in a senior administrative and human resource role
- Work experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Design and implement appropriate HR systems, strategies and policies to maximize productivity of the Company.
- Design and implement administrative strategies and policies for the efficient running of the Company.
- Have oversight responsibility over facility management services in the Company.
- Ensure Compliance of the Company’s rules, regulations and policies.
