 Technical Requirements

• Develop annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and setting annual sales targets, projecting sales volume, and estimating profit for both existing and new products.
• Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives while recommending strategic initiatives.
• Enhance product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and leveraging market opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver value to clients.
• Coordinate and conduct regular pricing reviews.
• Monitor competitors to maintain optimal market positioning
• Demonstrate innovation and creativity across various responsibilities.
• Address challenges, complete audits, identify trends, recommend system improvements, and implement necessary changes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
   
• Experience and Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a Professional Marketing qualification is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
• Must be trustworthy, maintain confidentiality, and possess a positive attitude.
• Skilled in research and customer-focused in approach.
