Technical Requirements

• Conduct research to prospect and generate leads.
• Identify and pursue potential clients through networking and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments through market research and present tailored interior design and fittings solutions to clients.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand clients' needs, prepare proposals, quotations, and estimates for projects, negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and margins.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth.
• Prepare monthly sales activity reports for management review and decision-making.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the kitchen design, furniture manufacturing, or interior fittings industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Zoho and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and trends.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
