Technical Requirements
* Identify, onboard, and build partnerships with at least ten (10) merchants each week.
* Strengthen relationships with merchants to drive transaction volumes, increasing Mobile Money (MoMo) and card usage rates.
* Collect and analyze market data to uncover trends and opportunities aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that boost merchant engagement and transaction growth.
* Regularly report to management on merchant acquisition progress and transaction performance metrics

Experience and Qualifications
* A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Marketing.
* Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Proven business acumen with a basic understanding of the industry.
* Experience in information technology, telecommunications, or insurance is preferred.
* Must be willing to work in a highly entrepreneurial SME environment.
* Prior experience in Telco Direct Sales and Product Marketing is an advantage
