TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our products to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in the mechanical equipment industry, particularly in pumps and valves.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Well-established network of contacts within the industrial sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
