Technical Requirements
*  Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals.
*  Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
*  Oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.
*  Ensure that production meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations
*  Lead and manage the production team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
*  Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and productivity.
*  Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
*  Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
*  Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
*  Liaise with other departments, e.g. design, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
Experience and Qualifications
*  Bachelor's Degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*  Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior management roles within the apparel, footwear, and accessories industry.
*  Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and achieving business objectives.
*  Strong leadership and team management skills.
*  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*  Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*  Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
*  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*  Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and cost management.
