Job Description
Technical Requirements
* Recruit, train, and mentor customer service staff. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
* Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
* Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional development.
* Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
Address escalated issues effectively.
* Resolve complex customer issues and escalations in a timely manner.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction scores.
* Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
* Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators
* Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 7+ years in customer service roles, with at least 4 years in a management position.
* Strong ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
