Job Description
  • Technical Requirements
    Identify and recommend beneficial programs to attend
  • Act as liaison between founder and subsidiary leaders and organize weekly briefings to the founder. 
  • Organize the trips of the founder and executives as communicated, both local and foreign 
  • Identify and liaise with potential partners, grants and financial institutions
  •  Identify and register with relevant associations and bodies both locally and internationally 
  • Marketing and promoting office of the founder on relevant social media platforms 
  • You shall prepare speeches for the founder • You will directly oversee all graphic works to be done.  
  • You will oversee all online purchases of the founder and of the office. 
  • Handling event coordination, both internally and externally 
  • Identify and liaise with relevant media houses to increase brand visibility 
  • Diary management and management of meeting rooms including organizing of board meetings. 
  • Identify and recommend wellbeing, personal growth, educational and health programs for the founder’s benefit

  • Experience and Qualifications:
    Proven account management or other relevant experience, preferably within. institutional textile markets or other related industries. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details. 
  • Highly organized and efficient time management skills. 
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism. 
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to move at an extremely fast pace 
  • A strong professional who has a whole array of relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills. 
  • Manages Complexity and ability in problem-solving. 
  • Flexible and proactive approach to workload. 
  • Team player ethic. 
  • Advanced understating of all core Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. 
  • Strong ability to communicate and present digitally through platforms like Zoom, Teams etc. 
  • Ability to develop and conduct performance management programs. 
  • Pro-active, highly organised, hard-working and committed. 
  • Demonstrate strong and pragmatic business acumen.
