Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Identify potential clients, including property developers, property owners, government agencies, and corporate entities with construction project needs.
• Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on securing client construction projects, increasing the company’s market share, and maximizing revenue growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and client needs in the real estate and construction sectors
• Work closely with the internal team to develop compelling proposals and bids for all client construction projects.
• Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and tenders for new projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and the company’s service offerings
• Define and review project goals and constraints
• Negotiate contract terms with clients to secure profitable business for the company.
• Preparation and review of contract documents
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, client satisfaction, and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client meetings, project proposals, contracts, and sales figures.
• Seek new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing market intelligence.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the real estate or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from inception to completion
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
