Technical Requirements

• Manages the growth and success of the team. 
• Performs basic HR functions.
• Overall daily management, motivation, and coaching of the team.

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives. 
• Forecast future demand to ensure a consistent supply of materials.
• Identify and select reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Determine optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking. 
• Monitor and track inventory in real-time.
• Manage the transportation of goods from raw materials to finished products.
• Select the best transport options and manage shipping schedules.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 
• Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Generate appropriate reports on supply chain activities to enable management decisions.
• Monitor the performance of both internal and external customers.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, mathematics or a related field 
• Certifications such as CPIM (Certified in Production and inventory management, CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is an added advantage •
• At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics or related field 
• At least 3 years’ work experience in a managerial capacity
• Strong analytical skills 
• Proficiency in using analytical tools
