Technical Requirements
* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
* Develop a comprehensive cruise plan to ensure full optimization of company's rivercraft equipment.
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners.
* Create and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's services and amenities.
* Identify and negotiate partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel's market presence.
* Develop and manage loyalty programs and promotions to retain and attract clients.
* Prepare and manage the business development budget.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
* Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase the hotel's online presence and engagement.
* Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data driven decisions to improve performance.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a three or four star hotel.
* Experience in cruise operations
* Proven sales track record will be an advantage
* Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
