Job Description

Technical Requirements

  • Promote and sell the company’s luxury apartments to prospective clients.
  • Actively generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through various channels including referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and property exhibitions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about the properties including pricing, features, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and conduct property tours, presentations, and site visits.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential buyers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including negotiations, closing deals, and post-sales client support.

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A professional certification and/or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
  • A proven track record of successfully selling apartments and houses.
  • At least 7 years of post-national service experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
