Technical Requirements

• Acquire new members and sell the bank’s financial products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Meet and exceed sales, collection targets, and performance metrics.
• Travel to various locations, including customer homes, offices, and community events, for cash collections and service promotion.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and enrollments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of member accounts.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a business-related field or social sciences from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience* for bachelor's degree holders or 3 years for HND holders (including national service).
• Preferred experience in Sales, Banking, or Insurance Marketing.
• Fluency in English and a local language.
• A valid driver’s license.
